Flex Sessions are open gym hours with the added benefit of intimate personal trainer guidance. This offers a unique hybrid between one-on-one personal training and group fitness. Flex Sessions are ideal for individuals who would prefer to avoid group classes but still want professional support. Flex Sessions also bridge the gap between the structure of personal training and the lack of motivation often experienced during unguided gym time.
